These photos of decay and peeling paint are meant to suggest abstract painting. Finding beauty in the collapse of our monuments is a skill which may prove more valuable as we accelerate toward apocalypse. I’ve taken photos of walls all over and for a long time. They keep changing as they fall apart until they are repaired or replaced… I imagine it as a very subtle and boring tv show that no one is watching.
